| The newest thing on our roads to stay awake : variable signs, speed limits can change during the day from 30 km/h to 50km/h to 70km/h. A good intended measure near schools, but very expensive for drivers with a distracted mind.I hope the Dutch fellow knows what it means, as they have a zero-tolerance in Holland in regard to speeding. |
