| the dome on the hill belongs to the palace of justice, designed by poelaert in 1860, an unpractical uggly building, in its days of construction the largest building in europe, it stands on a hill above the marollen, the poor part of the city, where I find most of my matts, this one has the belgian air, justice, a reference to belgian beer (palm), un umbrella for all seasons, a man and a woman, a belgian bike and of course matresses |
