| as i was scrambling to get pictures of this matt on da move another real drama was unfolding. as my sister and her boyfriend (that's them walking ahead of me), emily and penelope approached the cement support on the left they witnessed a man attempting to jump off the bridge. another man seeing this unfold grabbed him before he could leap and threw him to the ground, another person was consoling the jumper on the ground while the man who saved him was on the cell phone. it was all very surreal but real. |

| robert k commented on 07.27.09 | | i thought of only just submitting the upper pic thinking it maybe MdM-worthy. That is the truck with matt and the trailer up ahead in the second shot. Decided seeing more of the bridge and the story that unfolded was more important than just a good picture. Sadly, yes a regular event on the bridge. |
