| Right after I pass the lost one, I pass this guy whose up to no good. He's obviously trying to hitch a ride, but by the looks of him, I just keep right on drivin'. |

I wasn't sure, and I didn't want to get him in trouble by calling the police. He had the same stain as the surveillence camera showed though. |
