| And now for something completely different: believe it or not, "truth or consequences" is the name of a place, formerly known as "hot springs" that changed its name after a tv quiz. It is near Ruidoso where this beauty is taken, crawling out of the mud in Apache country to serve as a mattress for a serial killer that lived nearby in Elephant Butte, and was sentenced to 224 years in prison.
