a passer-by stopped and waited very politely until I had taken the picture and then started a conversation about pollution and how good it felt, knowing the city employed elderly inspectors to photograph garbage that was put on the street on the wrong days, he even wanted to help me finding out the owners identity and started to search for an address in the other crap. The only thing he refused was being identified as a vigilant citizen.
