i reckon the box is the back of a shelving unit with holes for the connecting cables, love the way they match the dings in the building above!

In Belgium we have Jan Fabre, you find him with google. He used to cover complete buildings in blue from a french fointainpen "bic", he works a lot with former living things, covered the colons of a museum with raw ham, recently decorated a ceiling in the royal palace with thousands of green beetles, writes theatre, choreografy, paints. I'll check on Yves Klein.
