Its kind of hard to see but under the rear axle of that station wagon are the remains of an unfortunate matt that tried to cross the road. It must be DOA as no one is rendering medical help.

Maybe the driver thought mattresses garner points ala Death Race 2000

Umm... why is nobody asking how it got under the station wagon? Are CA drivers so used to this weirdness that they don't even swerve anymore?

They must have been painted at different times and yes it should be continuous.

I am staring my eyes out, but the call box gets all my attention

That's probably where the fault is. Keep watching and the station wagon will fall into a crack in the ground.

we ring 112, or 101, but exit 9 is close enough to eleven. Did they change the paintercompany or is it the normal procedure to interrupt lines like that ?

thanks Dan, I couldn't place DOA, never heard of it

We ring 999, but the cops-always come late,if they come at all.

Um not sure I'm getting you. You are correct with CPR. DOA="dead on arrival", 911 is the universal US phone number to summon help.
ART-chitect commented on 05.12.04
DOA...is that category 911? and CPR(or how do you call mouth-to-mouth and hartmassage)?
