| Smart Set commented on 02.23.05 | | It's a parking ticket dispenser. You put money in it and it gives you a sticky-back parking slip so you can park for half an hour in a marked bay. It has a solar panel on top. Within days of these being installed in the centre of Acton about a year ago, one was ripped out of the ground and stolen. |
