| Setting off for a rare night out I stopped to get petrol and found myself right next to this mattress. I didn't even have to get out of the car to take the pic. This is by the Chiswick roundabout, and that's the elevated section of the M4 in the background. The sky looks dark, and as I headed west I was almost washed off the motorway by a torrential downpour which did an excellent job of washing the car. Woot! |

Petrol is just starting to average about £.43 per litre here in the states thanks to Katrina and the Wave. (with apologies to our Creole comrads) |
