After breakfast at the "Old Tymer" restaurant, this was across the street being unloaded. The old ones dry up and the new ones come in?!?!

My guess is that's an old miner's cart, probably put there for decorative purposes, to advertise a restaurant or something. We love our rusty old equipment here in the states. Am I right, Chaf?
