"Robert, this will take a period of my life. My father drove chevrolet since 1949 when he started to work for an american mining company by the name of JOY.He worked all over europe installing continous miners. In the summer of 1963 he worked in Lengede. In Lengede there was a coal mine wher a serious accident happened in november 1963 and where 22 miners were trapped underground and finally half them got rescued after 14 days without contact to the world, like last year in Chili. He had to go back the next summer. We stayed at a local pension (not a hotel) where they had a juke box. Sid Wolf was my fathers boss in Europe, he was an american, married to a dancer of the folies bergères in Paris ( Hazel). He just loved that song by Petula Clark and let it play over and over again, perhaps because he missid his wife. So you kinda opened a magic box of youth now gone but still alive."
