"thank you very much robert, I have spent years in explaining the difference between "autonome" and "souverein" in french to people speaking english, not that easy, as it is very difficult to explain "laicité" seen from a belgian point of view to a french point of view. It is hard to negociate on terms when the definitions can have another meaning, due to the background from those that listen, or those that can make decisions, if that background is not the same. It is aboout more than semantics, and people are very itchy about it."-wim
