Okay, picture this. I'm at my parent's house and they mention in CASUAL CONVERSATION that they've been driving past a mattress on their way to work FOR DAYS. They argue as to it's exact location, and I jump in the car and take off. It's nearly dark by the time I get there, but I find it. How they forget that their only daughter takes photos of mattresses is beyond me.

it is good to have a caring mom, even in the dark

You're right, Sal. Still looking for streetdung.com.

Calf Boy really was the joker in the pack and yes, I do remember. You almost chewed him up yourself. I didn't trust him until we saw what the elephant left behind... i still can't believe you photographed it.

That's the story of my life, Salinger. If only they'd told me sooner. Kinda like the time in the jungle when Calf Boy said he saw a elephant chewing on a mattress...but it was days before. Remember how mad I was about that, Sal?

at least you were still able to document it. I'm sure we've all experienced the horror of being told, "i saw a mattress the other day but it's gone now."

Don't you hate that? People bring it up like, "Oh yeah, I saw a mattress a couple of days ago...." And I'm like, "WHERE??!!" And why did they wait a couple of days to mention it?
