On the way home from a day on junkyard row, the perfect mattresses and sunset! Note the rail car and power plant in the background. This area is also home to beer-swilling, wifebeater-wearing ground squirrels, although people think I'm a little nutty so I usually don't mention it.

a year coming to its end soon, like a road to nowhere, but still going on, a continious minor

Technically speaking and without splitting hairs, I would say that this was more of a railtrack mattress than a street mattress. What the hell is it doing here Rebecca? :-)

Are railwaymattresses genetically related to streetmattresses like humans to monkeys, or are they just an ethnic variation of the same kind. Is there any Darwin that could help me sort out this question scientifically?

And let's not forget the nearby fields, well-stocked with tame, flatulent cows!

Notice how the mattresses are just far enough from the tracks to provide one with the comforts of a good night's sleep, with the pleasant, calming sounds of the rail way, without actually being run over.
